Chris has graduated with a medical degree from the University of Athens .He practised family medicine for about twenty years and another 15 years in complementary medicine in Sydney .In Addition to his medical degree he also holds diplomas in Dermatology (UK), Naturopathy, Phytotherapy, Nutrition, Hypnotherapy , Advance Diploma in Complementary Medicine, Doctorate of Science ,PhD ,Certificate IV in Assessment &Workplace Training and Certificate in Acupuncture .Chris has pursued further studies as in Homeopathy , Orthomolecular and Antiageing medicine.

 

His main interests are in preventative/antiaging medicine, cancer care, skin disorders, allergies, weight management and non-invasive cosmetical medicine. He treats his patients with holistic natural approaches in conjunction with the latest technology. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in medicine, complimentary , and alternative ways.

 

 

Natalya Alyokhina

Claire is a Holistic practitioner and treats clients for both body and mind issues. She provides professional and experienced health care services in the form of Holistic Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy; and Therapeutic and Healing Bodywork.

She sees clients for various health-related reasons, from anxiety to depression, addictions, quit smoking to weight loss, postural tension, sports injuries, degeneration and rehabilitation, pregnancy to post-partum well-being.

HypnoBirthTherapy - utilizes a woman’s strengths to support her through her labour and to manage her concerns around the intensity of labour. Hypnotherapy creates a connective space to be with her baby and to internalize labour as a working together for the most positive outcome.

Therapeutic and Healing Bodywork – Claire has a mixed repertoire of bodywork from Remedial Massage, Shiatsu, Pulsing, Energetic Healing to Bowen Technique. One or some of them are used to the benefit and betterment of the client’s well being. It’s her belief that therapeutic healing can be obtained via the body to create an ongoing synergistic response to mind and spirit. When physical signs of distress are met and eased in the body, it helps the person to link those signs to current troubling issues and to either accept them or choose to change the issue of distress.
